Thando Sibindi


Thando Sibindi is a qualified Reflexologist, Holistic Massage, Level 3 and  4 Sports Massage Therapist and qualified in level 5 Sports Massage which she passed with Distinction. She also has a a certificate in Kinesiology taping. She is a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Thando is a dedicated, passionate and caring therapist who strives to deliver a client centred approach. She has a good rapport with clients’ and is friendly in her manner which makes it easy for clients to talk to her.

Thando’s background is Mental Health, having qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2002. She later went on to advance herself and acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Specialist Mental Health Nursing. She soon after attained a qualification as a Non-medical prescriber. Thando continues to work in mental health whilst focusing in complimentary therapies.

Thando is family orientated and has a passion for fitness. She has always believed in looking at a person holistically and promoting wellbeing. She decided to undertake complimentary therapies as she felt there was a gap in linking mental and physical wellbeing. She felt her vast knowledge in the two areas which allows her the opportunity to help others to improve their lives.

Blessing Tasara

Blessing Tasara is a qualified Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage Therapist and is a qualified holistic massage therapist. She is a member of the accredited Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Blessing’s background is in mental health, having qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2005 and later progressed to being a Non-Medical Prescriber. Having worked in this challenging and stressful field for over ten years, she realised the importance of raising an awareness amongst people on the value of self-care and the benefits of complimentary therapies.

Blessing is professional, friendly and always shows compassion to her clients which allows them to feel relaxed. She is a dedicated and passionate therapist who looks at the client from a holistic point of view. She is an advocate for health and wellbeing amongst everyone she meets and has a passion for fitness. She is a great believer in complimentary therapies and the positive effects they have on ones mental and physical health.
